REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by The Frosali Group SL and should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.

It outlines your rights in relation to cancellations, refunds, and withdrawal, including your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

In the event of any conflict:

  • Product-specific terms shall prevail over this Policy and the general Terms and Conditions
  • This Policy shall prevail over the general Terms and Conditions in relation to refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights

1. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

This right applies to all services and digital products offered by The Frosali Group SL, subject to the exceptions set out below.

1.1 Exception – Immediate Access to Digital Content and Services (Digital Content Waiver)

This exception applies only to digital content, online services, and subscription-based services delivered immediately upon access.

Where your purchase includes such services (including but not limited to digital products, the Better Husband Academy, and the Better Husband Community), your right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

By requesting and accessing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, you expressly:

  • request immediate performance of the service, and
  • acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun

Once access has been granted or the service has commenced, you will no longer be entitled to withdraw from the contract under the 14-day withdrawal right.

This applies to:

  • Digital products
  • Better Husband Academy
  • Better Husband Community (including complimentary or paid access)

Where this express request and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Mandatory Consent for Immediate Performance

Before access to any digital content, online service, or subscription is granted, you will be required to:
• Provide your express request for immediate performance of the service, and
• Provide your acknowledgement that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins

This consent is obtained via an explicit, unticked checkbox at checkout and is recorded at the time of purchase.

Access to the service will not be provided until this consent has been given.

1.2 Exception – Services Performed Within the Withdrawal Period (Coaching)

Where you request that a service (including coaching sessions) begins within the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that:

  • You expressly request early performance of the service, and
  • Your right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed

If the service is only partially performed before withdrawal, you may be required to pay for the portion of the service already delivered, in accordance with applicable law.

1.3 Exception – Leisure Activities with a Specific Date (Retreats and Events)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

This includes retreats, in-person events, and similar services offered by The Frosali Group SL.

Accordingly, once a booking for such services is confirmed, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, except where required by law.

2. General Cancellation and Refund Principles

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by applicable law:

  • Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle you to a refund
  • Refunds are only available where explicitly stated under the applicable service terms
  • Your statutory right of withdrawal (as set out in Clause 1) is separate from any contractual cancellation or refund terms

Where services are cancelled:

  • Access to the service may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable terms
  • Any entitlement to a refund will be determined strictly in accordance with this Policy and the relevant service-specific provisions

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Coaching

Cancellations or rescheduling are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in forfeiture without refund
  • Late arrivals do not extend the session duration

This clause operates in addition to Clause 1.2 (Services Performed Within the Withdrawal Period).

4. Retreats

In accordance with Clause 1.3 (Leisure Activities with a Specific Date), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to retreat bookings.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place and will be retained in the event of cancellation.

If you cancel:

  • More than three (3) months before the start date:
    You will receive a refund of all payments made beyond the deposit
  • Within three (3) months of the start date:
    No refund will be issued

In the event of a cancellation, at our sole discretion, we may offer the option to:

  • Transfer your booking to a future retreat, or
  • Receive a credit for a future service

Any such transfer or credit:

  • Is not guaranteed and is offered as a gesture of goodwill
  • May be subject to conditions, including time limits or administrative fees
  • Must be used within a specified period if granted

4. Better Husband Academy

Refunds may be requested prior to the official start date.

Once the program has commenced, no refunds will be issued except where required by law or under the Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee set out below.

4.1 Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee

The Better Husband Academy includes a conditional satisfaction guarantee.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

  • Complete the full Academy within the 70-day program period
  • Complete all core modules (Modules 1–7) in full
  • Demonstrate consistent engagement with the program, including:
    • Accessing and progressing through all lessons
    • Participating in program activities or exercises
    • Engaging within the program environment in accordance with the requirements below

Engagement Requirements

To demonstrate participation, you must:

  • Submit at least one comment for each lesson within the program
  • Ensure each comment relates to the lesson content and reflects your engagement with the material

Comments must:

  • Be relevant to the lesson
  • Demonstrate that the lesson has been reviewed

Comments may be disregarded only where they:

  • Are identical across multiple lessons, or
  • Contain no reference to the lesson content

All requirements must be completed within the program duration, plus a grace period of ten (10) business days.

We reserve the right to assess eligibility for the guarantee based on objective evidence, including:

  • Platform engagement data
  • Lesson and module completion records
  • Participation within program environments

If, after meeting the above conditions, you believe the program has not provided you with practical value, you may submit a written refund request.

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted within seven (7) days of completing the program (including the grace period)
  • Include a summary of the actions taken and the outcomes achieved

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the guarantee being void.

5. Digital Products

Where digital products or online content are made available for immediate access, you acknowledge that performance of the service begins upon access.

In accordance with Clause 1.1 (Immediate Access to Digital Content and Services), you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

Accordingly, refunds are not available once access to the digital product has been provided, where you have given the express consent and acknowledgement required under Clause 1.1, unless otherwise explicitly stated at the point of purchase or required by applicable law.

6. Better Husband Community

This section (6) should be read in conjunction with the full Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Better Husband Community.

6.1. Nature of Service

The Better Husband Community is a subscription-based digital service providing ongoing access to a live, evolving environment.

6.2. Subscription Billing and Renewal

Membership is billed on a recurring basis:

  • Every 4 weeks (28 days), or
  • Annually

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

6.3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Access remains active until the end of that period

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund.

6.4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Subscription charges once access to the digital product has been provided, where you have given the express consent and acknowledgement required under Clause 1.1
  • Partial use of a billing period
  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal
  • Non-participation or inactivity
  • Dissatisfaction with Community interactions, group dynamics, or outcomes

Refunds will only be issued where:

  • Required by applicable law, or
  • Explicitly stated at the point of purchase

6.5. Complimentary Access

Where access to the Community is provided as part of another service (such as the Better Husband Academy):

  • Access is limited to the duration of that service
  • Continued access requires a separate paid subscription

No refunds or credits are provided in relation to the expiry of complimentary access.

7. General Refund Processing

Where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Refunds will be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of approval

We reserve the right to verify eligibility for a refund before processing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by payment providers or financial institutions
  • Currency exchange differences or fluctuations
  • Transaction fees or charges applied by third-party payment processors

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you may use the form below. Use of this form is not mandatory, and you may instead notify us of your withdrawal by any clear written statement.
