These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Alessandro Frosali and The Frosali Group SL. They govern your use of our website and participation in our services.
Definitions
In these Terms:
“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to The Frosali Group SL
“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual accessing or using our Services
“Services” refers to all products and services provided by the Company, including but not limited to coaching, retreats, digital products, the Better Husband Academy, and the Better Husband Community
“Community” refers to the Better Husband Community subscription service

2. Scope of Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and all services provided by The Frosali Group SL, including but not limited to coaching, retreats, digital products, subscription services, and the Better Husband Community.
By accessing our website, purchasing any service, or participating in any program or activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Frosali Group SL.
Certain services may be subject to additional terms, policies, or conditions (including the Refund Policy and product-specific terms). In the event of any conflict, those specific terms will take precedence over these general Terms.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Any information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are purchasing and participating on your own behalf, unless expressly agreed otherwise
Participation in certain services may be subject to additional requirements, including those set out in the Health and Participation clause below.
4. Services Provided
We offer personal development and educational services, including but not limited to:
- Coaching (1:1 and group services)
- Retreats (in-person immersive experiences)
- Better Husband Academy (a structured cohort-based program)
- Subscription-based services (including the Better Husband Community)
- Digital products (courses, workshops, and training materials)
- Podcast and educational content
Our services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
5. Payments, Subscriptions and Cancellations
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and other approved providers. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5.1 Subscription Services
Certain services operate on a subscription basis, including the Better Husband Community.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Billing will recur automatically on the applicable billing cycle
- Charges will be applied to your selected payment method
- You are responsible for ensuring payment details remain valid and up to date
- You are responsible for cancelling your subscription prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal charges
Subscription-specific terms for the Better Husband Community, including billing cycles and access conditions, are set out in Clause 7 (Better Husband Community).
5.2 Cancellations (Subscription Services)
You may cancel a subscription service at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Access will remain available until the end of that billing period
You must complete cancellation prior to the next billing date to prevent further charges.
Refunds are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and/or product-specific terms.
5.3 Payment Plans and Default
Where a payment plan is selected:
- You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full
- Payments remain due regardless of usage, access, or participation
- Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the relevant service
- We reserve the right to recover outstanding balances, including through third-party collection services where appropriate
We may restrict access to services until any overdue payments are brought up to date.
5.4 Failed Payments (Subscriptions and Plans)
If a payment fails:
- We may attempt to reprocess the payment
- You will be notified of the failed payment via email
- A grace period of 48 hours will apply from the time of notification
If payment is not successfully completed within this period:
- Access to the relevant service may be suspended or terminated
We reserve the right to restrict or cancel access where payment issues persist.
6. Refunds, Cancellations and Withdrawal Rights
Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights are governed by:
- The Refund Policy, and/or
- Product-specific terms in force at the time of purchase
Where services involve digital content or immediate access, statutory withdrawal rights may be waived in accordance with EU law.
7. Better Husband Community
7.1 Nature of Service
The Better Husband Community is a subscription-based digital service delivered via third-party platforms.
Access may include:
- Community participation
- Group discussions
- Men’s circles
- Live or recorded sessions
- Optional sub-groups
This is an educational, peer-based environment and does not constitute therapy or professional advice.
7.2 EU Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
This right is lost once access to the Community begins.
Access includes:
- Logging in
- Viewing content
- Participating in sessions
By accessing the service, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access begins.
Where applicable, withdrawal rights are further governed by the Refund Policy.
7.3 Billing and Renewal
Membership is billed:
- Every 4 weeks (28 days), or
- Annually
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
7.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided unless required by law
7.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to notify you via email
- A grace period of 48 hours applies
Failure to resolve payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
7.6 Academy Transition
Community access included in the Better Husband Academy:
- Is limited to the Academy duration (70 days)
- Does not automatically convert to paid access
7.7 VIP Access
VIP AMA sessions:
- Are group-based
- Do not guarantee individual responses
- Do not guarantee outcomes
7.8 Men’s Circles
Participation is voluntary.
In addition to Clause 9 (Health & Participation), you acknowledge that:
- These are not therapy sessions
- Emotional discomfort may occur
- You are responsible for your participation
7.9 Third-Party Services
Certain services (including breath work) may be delivered by independent contractors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- Their delivery
- Methods
- Outcomes
7.10 Conduct and Enforcement
In addition to Clause 13 (Participant Conduct & Removal), we may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Community where necessary to maintain a safe and functional environment.
We may take such action with or without prior notice, depending on the circumstances.
7.11 User Content
In addition to Clause 14 (User-Generated Content), you agree that:
- You may not share, reproduce, or distribute content belonging to other participants without their prior consent
- You may not record or reproduce any live or recorded sessions without permission
7.12 Availability
Without limiting Clause 10 (Service Delivery & Modifications), we may modify:
- Features
- Content
- Platforms
No guarantee is provided regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to the Community.
7.13 Non-Dependency
In addition to Clause 8 (Nature of Services & Personal Responsibility), the Better Husband Community is a supplementary service and is not required to achieve any particular outcome or result.
7.14 Refunds (Community Services)
Refunds relating to subscription services are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and these Terms.
8. Nature of Services and Personal Responsibility
All services provided by The Frosali Group SL are for educational and personal development purposes only.
We do not provide:
- Medical advice
- Psychological or therapeutic services
- Legal, financial, or other professional advice
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or specific improvements.
You acknowledge that:
- Any decisions, actions, or changes you make are your sole responsibility
- You are not relying on our services as a substitute for professional advice or treatment
- Results vary depending on individual circumstances, effort, and external factors beyond our control
- You will seek appropriate medical, psychological, or other professional advice where required
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any outcomes arising from your participation in our services.
9. Health and Participation
By participating in any services provided by The Frosali Group SL, including but not limited to retreats, the Better Husband Community, men’s circles, breath work sessions, and live or in-person events, you confirm that:
- You are physically and mentally fit to participate
- You have no medical, psychological, or other condition that would make your participation unsafe
- You will seek appropriate medical or professional advice where necessary prior to participation
You acknowledge that certain activities may involve physical, emotional, or psychological intensity, and that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
You accept full responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and any outcomes arising from your participation.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or restrict participation where we reasonably believe there may be a risk to you or others
- Require you to cease participation in any activity if concerns arise regarding safety or wellbeing
9.1 Insurance (Retreats and In-Person Events)
For retreats and in-person events, you are responsible for arranging your own appropriate insurance cover.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Travel insurance
- Medical insurance
- Personal injury cover
- Cancellation or interruption cover
We do not provide insurance for participants and are not responsible for, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Travel disruption
- Medical expenses
- Loss, damage, or personal injury
- Cancellation costs arising from your inability to attend
You acknowledge that participation without appropriate insurance is undertaken at your own risk.
10.Service Delivery and Modifications
We may make reasonable changes to:
- Delivery format
- Scheduling
- Facilitators
Changes will not materially reduce service value.
Where material changes occur:
- A substitute or partial credit may be offered
11.Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- Illness or incapacity
- Travel disruption
- Platform outages or technical failures
- Government actions or restrictions
- Events affecting third-party providers
In such circumstances:
- Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event
- We may reschedule, modify, or adjust delivery of the affected services
- Where reasonably possible, alternative arrangements will be provided
We are not responsible for any additional costs, losses, or inconvenience arising from such events, except where required by law.
12.Third-Party Providers and Platforms
Our services may be delivered, supported, or facilitated through third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Alphabet (including Gmail and YouTube), ManyChat, Instagram, Spotify, and similar services.
We do not control these third-party providers and are not responsible for:
- Platform outages or downtime
- Technical failures or interruptions
- Changes to platform functionality or access
- Actions, omissions, or policies of third-party providers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, delay, or disruption caused by third-party platforms or services.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
13.Participant Conduct and Removal
You agree to participate in all services in a respectful and lawful manner.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any service where, in our reasonable opinion, your behaviour:
- Is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate
- Is disruptive to the experience of others
- Breaches these Terms or any applicable policies
- Compromises, or may compromise, the safety or wellbeing of any participant
We may take such action with or without prior notice, depending on the circumstances.
Serious breaches may result in immediate removal from services without refund, subject to applicable law.
We are not obliged to provide detailed justification for any decision made under this clause.
14.User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you create and share as part of our services.
By submitting content, you grant The Frosali Group SL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce such content for the purpose of operating and providing the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share:
- Does not infringe the rights of any third party
- Complies with applicable laws and these Terms
You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute content belonging to other participants without their prior consent.
We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these requirements.
15.Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Frosali Group SL, including but not limited to courses, videos, live sessions, materials, documents, and branding, is owned by or licensed to The Frosali Group SL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use such content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
- Share content with third parties
- Record, download, or retransmit live or recorded sessions
- Use the content for commercial purposes, including coaching, teaching, or training others
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content
Any unauthorised use may result in suspension or termination of access and may be subject to legal action.
This clause does not apply to content you personally create and share within the Community, which is governed separately under the User-Generated Content provisions.
16.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Frosali Group SL, its directors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of any services
- Your conduct in connection with any service, including interactions with other participants
- Any actions you take based on your participation in our services
- Your use of or reliance on third-party services or providers
- Any failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
This includes, where applicable, claims arising from events, disruptions, or services provided by third parties that are outside our reasonable control.
This indemnity applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17.Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill
- We are not responsible for outcomes arising from your participation in our services or reliance on any content provided
- We are not liable for any loss, delay, or disruption caused by third-party providers or events outside our reasonable control
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to:
- The amount paid by you for the relevant service; or
- In the case of subscription services, the amount paid by you in the preceding billing period
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in relation to non-performance or defective performance of services, where such rights cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18.Confidentiality
We take reasonable steps to respect the confidentiality of information shared during our services.
However, you acknowledge that:
- Services involving group participation (including the Better Husband Community, men’s circles, and group sessions) are not private environments
- We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality
You agree not to disclose or share confidential information relating to other participants.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary:
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect the safety, rights, or wellbeing of any individual
- Where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the actions of other participants or any disclosure of information by third parties.
19.Data Protection (GDPR)
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Personal data may be collected and used for the purposes of providing our services, managing customer relationships, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations.
We may use third-party service providers to support delivery of our services, including platforms for payments, communications, and content delivery. Such providers may process personal data on our behalf.
Further details regarding how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, as well as your rights under applicable law, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
20.Website and Platform Use
You agree to use our website and any platforms through which our services are delivered in a lawful and appropriate manner.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or systems
- Interfere with, disrupt, or misuse any platform, network, or functionality
- Circumvent access controls, payment systems, or subscription mechanisms
- Share access credentials or use another person’s account without permission
Your use of any third-party platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services where misuse of platforms or systems is identified.
21.Pricing and Taxes
Prices are displayed in EUR or other currencies where specified (including USD). The applicable currency will be shown at the time of purchase.
Prices include VAT where applicable. VAT and other applicable taxes may vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout where required.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including your name, address, and any applicable tax identification details. We are not responsible for any errors in tax calculation resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
22.Formation of Contract
A legally binding contract is formed when:
- Your payment has been successfully processed, and
- You receive confirmation of your purchase
For subscription services, you authorise recurring charges in accordance with the applicable billing terms at the time of purchase.
Where services are provided without payment (including free access to the Better Husband Community or other services), a contract is formed when you:
- Register for access, or
- Access or use the service
In such cases, your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or access request prior to confirmation, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of services.
Where services include digital content or immediate access, performance may begin upon purchase or access.
We may withdraw, suspend, or restrict access to free services at any time.
Where services include digital content or immediate access, performance will only begin after the express consent and acknowledgement required under applicable consumer law have been obtained.
23.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights to rely on such provisions.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
24.Amendments to Terms
We may update or amend these Terms from time to time.
- For one-time purchases, the version of the Terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply
- For ongoing or subscription-based services, updated Terms may apply upon reasonable notice
Your continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
25.Hierarchy of Terms
In the event of any conflict between documents:
- Product-specific terms shall take precedence over both these Terms and the Refund Policy
- The Refund Policy shall take precedence over these Terms in relation to refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights
- These Terms apply to all other matters
