This experience is designed as a Rite of Passage. That means separation from your usual environment, distractions, and relationships even if you’ve travelled to Sri Lanka with someone else.

Whether you come alone or with a friend who’s also attending, you’ll be fully immersed in the men’s container. If you're travelling with a partner or family, please don’t plan to visit or reconnect during the week.
This retreat is meant to be a break from your world so you can come back changed.

The space is safe, supported, and intentionally built to hold you through that transformation. You’ll leave not just connected to others but more connected to yourself.

Most of us never had a real Rite of Passage. We were expected to just figure it out as we went. But manhood doesn’t arrive with age. It arrives with intention through challenge, reflection, and crossing a line within yourself.

The retreat itself is a fixed 7-day process and every part matters.

This is a complete Rite of Passage, designed to unfold from beginning to end. Arriving late or leaving early disrupts the container for you and for the other men.

That said, we encourage you to enjoy more of Sri Lanka before or after the retreat. Travel, explore, relax but once the retreat begins, it’s all in.

No. This retreat is for men only, and all participants must be 18 or older.

We don’t allow children on-site during the retreat. The work we do requires full presence, focus, and shared commitment from every man attending.

It’s not religious and it’s not based on any belief system.

This retreat is rooted in the ancient culture of Rites of Passage. For thousands of years, men have stepped away from their everyday lives to reflect, be challenged, and return changed. That’s what this is.

There are spiritual elements in the process like meditation, Angampora, and ceremony but you don’t need to believe in anything to take part.

All that’s required is a willingness to grow.

Some parts of the retreat are flexible—others are not.

Certain sessions, like group challenges, story work, and key rites of passage moments, are essential and require full participation. Others, like breath work or solo practices, are encouraged but optional depending on your energy and needs.

You’ll receive a clear itinerary on arrival so you know what to expect.

We don’t waste time—but we don’t force it either.

Yes we organise a private retreat bus that picks up all guests from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Colombo on the first day of the retreat and drops everyone back after it ends.

This group transfer is included in your booking.

The journey to the retreat centre takes around 3 to 3.5 hours, depending on traffic.

Pickup will be scheduled for the morning of March 8th, with the return drop-off at the airport in the late afternoon or evening of March 14th.
Exact pickup times will be confirmed closer to the date.

If you’re arriving earlier, staying on after the retreat, or prefer more flexibility, we can connect you with trusted private drivers at your own cost.

Once your spot is confirmed, we’ll send you everything you need to plan your travel with ease.

The €699 deposit is non-refundable, no matter which payment option you choose.

Even if you pay in full, this amount is retained. Why? Because your deposit secures your place and allows us to commit to major upfront costs—venue, chef, facilitators, and logistics—all based on confirmed numbers.

If you cancel before December 1st, 2025, we’ll refund the remainder of your payment minus the €699 deposit.

If you cancel after December 1st, 2025, refunds are no longer available. However, you may:

• Transfer your payment to a future retreat or coaching package

• Gift or sell your spot to another man (pending group fit approval)

We’ve designed this to be as flexible as possible while still protecting the integrity of the retreat.
